Accomplished digital advertising technology executive to oversee the expansion of strategic publisher partnerships as part of new role
BERLIN (NOVEMBER 08, 2024) – Ad-filtering technology leader eyeo announced today that Rob Bailey-Adamson has been named the new role of Managing Director, Media. Based in New York City and reporting to eyeo CEO, Frank Einecke, Bailey-Adamson will be responsible for growing the media portfolio at eyeo. He will focus on deepening existing publisher relationships and expanding strategic publisher partnerships for key audiences and verticals. In addition, he will be tasked with driving double digit growth on eyeo’s programmatic business and work closely with the company’s product and engineering teams to shape our user and advertiser solutions.
Most recently, Bailey-Adamson was Microsoft Advertising’s Global New Business Lead, where he helped quadruple revenue in net new acquisitions by focusing on quality advertiser acquisition and client lifetime value. During his nearly 15-year tenure, he received numerous leadership awards, including the “Microsoft Advertising Team of the Year for 2023” and “Global Strategic Sales Manager All-Star” in 2022.
Rob is also a trusted thought leader, selected as a Microsoft Advertising Speakers Bench member and participated as a speaker at major industry events including Cannes Lions Festival of Creativity, Advertising Week NYC, SMX, and Hero Conf.
“Rob’s deep understanding of spearheading market strategies and his track record in overseeing $400M in digital media revenue and continuously delivering more than 20 percent year-over-year growth makes him a valuable asset to eyeo as we continue our business trajectory,” said Frank Einecke.
“I’m a firm believer that users understand the tradeoff of free access to online content in exchange for advertising, but they certainly want better digital advertising experiences,” said Bailey-Adamson. “I’m excited to work closely with the product and engineering teams at eyeo to create and land an improved buy-side value proposition that also benefits our users consumers.”
